This heavy duty versions of the stock rear isolator mounts fits 2004-13 Harley-Davidson Sportsters models. This kit includes the isolator mount (OEM 16291-04), isolator (OEM 48492-04), lock plate (OEM 41699-04), pivot shaft (OEM 41568-04), isolator mount screws (OEM 4290), and lock plate screws (OEM 940).
